The hotel was fairly clean and staff were absolutely amazing and amazing, everything was spotless. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was great. Its location was brilliant and super pretty close to downtown.

The location was good in a downtown area, not far from downtown shopping and eating, waterfront and pier, and downtown, the boardwalk and the arena. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was good, we had a fine stay. Thoroughly enjoyed TV, a microwave oven, and a coffee machine in the room;))

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, just next door to downtown, the boardwalk and the arena and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, beach & plenty of restaurants. I booked a room with a good bed, TV, a microwave oven, and a coffee machine.

It has brilliant and super location in Santa Cruz very close to beach and Boardwalk and downtown shopping and eating. There's Firefly Coffee House relatively close to the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. The rooms are great with 2 beds and our experience is such great.

It was surely a such great stay on vacation. Great staff and brilliant location so close to everything, everything was spotless. Location: the hotel was really close to boardwalk and reserved parking, and downtown, the boardwalk and the arena. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the property.
